How To Start
Starting with private lessons is highly encouraged to acquaint yourself with the equipment and teach your body and mind to engage correctly and work in synchronization. As your body get stronger, your mind will be more focused, your execution will flow, you will be working harder and from the depth of the muscles. It is key that you perform the exercises with proper form from the beginning so that you can progress and safely.
Once you have a solid base, you should consider joining mat classes where you can further enhance your practice.
As with everything in life, regular practice is necessary to see continuous improvement. Your body will thank you for it!
