Starting Your Rebellious Pilates
Starting with private lessons is mandatory when joining our Pilates studio in Sandy Springs.
Privates will allow you to acquaint yourself with the exercises, proper engagement and the equipment. It is imperative you execute the exercises with proper form from the beginning so that you can start and progress safely.
Once you have a solid base, you should consider joining duet, semi-private equipment, and mat classes where you can further enhance your practice.
It is strongly encouraged that you attend at least 2 Pilates sessions a week.
As with everything in life, regular practice is necessary to see continuous improvement. Your body will thank you for it!
