Pilates Exercise-THIGH STRETCH
I think the name speaks for itself. Since I run quite a bit, my legs can appreciate this stretch. Feels outstanding.
If you have never tried this exercise, it probably looks easy. Don’t be fooled. The midsection (AKA core) is on fire to sustain a long body line.
The upper body release on the second version is optional but is a delicious opening of the chest.
Know anyone tight out there? Flexibility is a sign of a healthy muscle
