It was just another day when I received an online inquiry about Pilates. I emailed back and got in touch with Di. We spoke briefly on the phone. Di sounded quiet. She had Lyme disease. PROUD DAUGHTER MOMENT

My mom and I are quite opposite personalities. She is quiet and the epitome of grace and politeness. Then there is me - outspoken and opinionated.   Mom has never been the workout type. Pilates Exercise-THIGH STRETCH

I think the name speaks for itself. Since I run quite a bit, my legs can appreciate this stretch. Feels outstanding. If you have never tried this exercise, it probably looks easy. Don’t be fooled.
